1.General Agreement
-Before discussion order please read T&C agrees the client to the following of T&C.

-Deposits/payment are non-refundable.
-Payment only accept TNG.
-Accept helping purchase wigs for commissioner.
-A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission slot. The remaining balance must be paid after the styling is completed and before the wig is handed over.3. Custom Wig Orders
-Style I only do : “nature look”, “Natural hair flow”, “windy style” and can’t do: “Structured wig”.
-Wigs design in my own style, not copying other people's work or old work and I cant copy exactly same.
-Clients must provide accurate head measurements; I am not responsible for incorrect sizing due to incorrect measurements.
-Sec-hand wigs condition good and new wigs only meet up in event or delivery if I accept to do it.
-Don’t ignore my question for over 3 days, no reply means cancelation with no refund.
-anti gravity take 1- 6month to work.4. Shipping & Delivery
-Accept west malaysia only
-Packing fees is RM25+, Delivery depending the location and box size.
-Wigs arrived please send pictures to confirm it arrived safely.Damages or lost packages during shipping , contact me for help.
-Self pick up if anything problems happen, I am not responsible for damage caused.
-Wigs arrived, but without any message or photo, they will be considered safely received after 5 day.
-Be sure to record an unboxing video in case any claim is needed.5. Care & Maintenance
-I am not responsible for any damage caused by improper care.
-Do not place wigs in high-temperature environments, or they may oxidize.6. Contact & Support

-请在委托我之前，确认你对我的风格感兴趣或喜欢。2.订单和付款
-定金/付款不可退款。
-仅接受TNG付款。
-接受帮忙代购。
-需支付 50% 的不可退还订金以保留委托名额。余款须在造型完成后、假发交付前支付。3.定制假发订单
-我的风格：“自然感” 、“毛流感”、“风吹感”和只不接：“建模感”。
-以我自己的风格设计假发，不复制他人的作品或旧作品和我无法复制完全相同。
-客户必须提供准确的头围尺寸；如因测量错误导致尺码不符，本人不能负责。
-二手假发状况好和全新假发只有在漫展中面交或邮寄,如果我同意。
-不要已读不回超过3天，否则将取消订单且不退款。
反重力1个月到4个月才好4.配送与交付
-只接受西马单。
-包装RM25+起，运输费用取决于位置和大小。
-假发送达后，请发送照片以确认安全送达。若运输过程中出现损坏或包裹丢失，请联系我。
-若选择自取，如发生任何问题或损坏，本人概不负责。
-假发到了，但没有任何消息或照片的情况下，5天后将视为安全收到。
-若日后需要提交索赔，请务必录制开箱视频。5.假发护理
-如因不当护理造成损坏，本人概不负责。
-请勿将假发置于高温环境，否则可能会氧化或变黄。6. 联系与帮助
